The Devon County Pickleball League is the premier doubles league in Devon, welcoming players of all levels, including the County’s finest.
Season 1 is now complete. Many congratulations to the overall division winners and medallists who can be found at the bottom of the page. Awards will be presented in fixture 1 of season 2.
We have now moved the league to weekends and are now introducing a singles league! .

- Fixture 6 – Season Finale and County Trials – 12 September 2026
League Format
- Five divisions catering to different skill levels.
- Standard side-out scoring, first to 11.
- Players compete as individuals, rather than fixed teams.
- Top two players in each division earn promotion; bottom two face relegation.
- Monthly league winners receive recognition.
- End of the season champion will receive the coveted Devon Trophy.
- You can join the league at any time.
Season and Standings
- Overall standings are calculated after six monthly meetings.
- Players do not need to attend every meeting, but need to attend at least 50% of the sessions over 6 months to qualify for the overall league standings.
- individual rankings are based on the best 3 results across the season, including any bonus points earned.
- Season winners are awarded the Devon County Trophy.
- Matches are DUPR recorded.
Participation and Placement
- New players are placed based on DUPR ratings, or self-assessment if no DUPR rating is available.
- League is open to players with a rating of 3.0 or above (self-rated).
- All genders are welcome to participate. Women will also be recognised in a separate league table.
- The league strictly adheres to the Pickleball England code of conduct.
